Recent and on-going projects:
Health Research Board (HRB) Interdisciplinary Capacity Enhancement (ICE) Award Post-doctoral Research Fellow for novel approaches to cancer prevention, treatment and cost (ICE-2011-9). Start date- April 2012 to date

Research interests:
Health services research, patient safety and outcomes, medication adherence, behavioural interventions, pharmacoepidemiology and Pharmacoeconomics. Currently developing interventions to help women with breast cancer to keep taking their treatment. I am also examining medication taking behaviour and health outcomes in a range of medical areas; in particular in relation to older populations and associated potentially inappropriate prescribing and polypharmacy.
