Project title: Exploring a model of Integrated Care for Older Adults transitioning from the Emergency Department to the community.

___________________________________________

My interest lies in the integrated care of older adults, with a particular focus on their transition from the emergency department (ED) to the community. I am passionate about improving care coordination and ensuring that older individuals receive the support they need to recover safely and maintain independence after an ED visit. This includes addressing gaps in communication, follow-up care, and social services to promote better outcomes and reduce unnecessary hospital readmissions.

Area of research : Prediction modelling of child outcomes

Project title: Can we predict child mental health in the perinatal period?

____________________________________________

My research interests relate to outcomes of babies who spent time in a neonatal intensive care unit. Additionally, I am interested in the impact of social risk on child outcomes at population-level. Methodologically I am interested in prediction modelling so that preventative early intervention can be provided to those most at risk of poor developmental, academic and mental health outcomes..
