Registration is now open for the SPHeRE Programme Information Webinar for Prospective PIs/Supervisors
on Thursday 2nd July at 1pm-2pm
This webinar is aimed at PIs/Supervisors in Irish universities that have funding for a PhD Scholar and may wish to enrol them on the SPHeRE Programme in September 2026. Both full time and part time options are available.
The webinar will cover details on the PhD training over the four years, how to enrol a Scholar on the programme, and a Q&A.
The programme is funded by the HRB so there are no additional fees due to the SPHeRE Programme.
With over 130 Alumni, the SPHeRE Programme trains Scholars in population health, policy and health services research with the skills they need to be excellent researchers. Over the years the programme has trained those with a variety of backgrounds including psychology, dentistry, nursing, pharmacy, sociology, epidemiology etc.
