The Hitchhiker’s Guide to Reproducible Workflows
with Dr Brendan Palmer
Dr Brendan Palmer works within the Statistics, Data & Analysis Unit (SDAU) of the Clinical Research Facility-UCC. His role focuses on providing data management and statistical supports to academic-led clinical trials. This includes, but is not limited to, advice on the data needs of project pre-initiation, design and construction of electronic databases, data visualisation, analytical pipeline development and reproducible reporting. Brendan also delivers the postgraduate module, Reproducible Research Practices using R (PG6030), which provides instruction on how to build reproducible workflows into daily research activities.
